The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) established by Trump after his seconf resign as President is heavily cutting down the government expenditures and it is in news all over.
With the increasing regualr government expenditure of Nepal Government also, there is a quck need of a similar DOGE to minimize the unproductive and wasteful government expenditure and strengthen the federalism.
Nepal's current government and parliamentary structure appear to be quite expensive and extensive. To align with the spirit of the constitution and to strengthen federalism while maximizing efficiency, some adjustments to the central government and parliament seem essential so a special department/committe to restructure the size of federal government and cut off the expenditure rapidly.
Some possible steps may be:
1. Only 14 Ministries in Nepal Government.
2. Can Monarchy be a solution for current Nepalese Political scenario?
3. Nepal Army; Increase or Decrease the size?, The debate of size of Nepalese Army!!
4. How long will the rule of the elderly continue?
5. Some suggestions for amend of the constitution to the current alliance between Congress and UML.
