Single Window System: A public Governance Reform Approach

The major duty of government is to deliver its basic services and facilities to the citizens smoothly, fairly and on time. The governance must be hassle free and easily accessible to every man kind.

Currently, the main concern in the public governance of Nepal is to attended multiples offices for a same service sector. This has lead to time consuming and tedious service approach to citizens. So, to minimize this time and create efficiency, a single window system is necessary in the public governance of Nepal.

In this approach, a citizen or a service taker can get the complete output of any service from a single window where the initial application is summitted.
