Nepal’s Political Instability: Can Monarchy Be the Answer?

Monarchy is the form a state with the King as head of state and it passes on along with the  royal family. Currently there are about 43 countries with this monarchy in Absolute Monarchy form with significant power and Constitutional Monarchy with king as head of state only and limited powers.  Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE have absolute monarchy where as British Monarch is constitutional monarchy heading most of Common wealth countries also Japan, Bhutan, Spain and other 20 countries have Constitutional Monarch. Nepal was under Monarchy about 240 years with Sha Dynasty ruling the country but the 2062/63 peoples movement ended the Sha Regime making country Federal Democratic Republic. Currently Nepal has Parliamentary System which elects the Prime Minister as head of Government and President as the State head. The President has very limited power and is the state head.
